We want you to love your Adazzy Wear UK gear. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — returns and exchanges are easy.

Return Policy

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Sale items can be exchanged, but refunds may not apply unless faulty.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem. Just request an exchange and we’ll sort it out once we receive the original item back.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at support@adazzywear.com with your order number.

  2. Pack the item securely and send it back to the address we’ll provide.

  3. Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund or send out the new item.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear.
